Sunrise Terrace Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has had tremendous success with their Get Well…Go Home program since the program began in 2011 and we would like to share some of our recent statistics with you!
Over the past 60 days, our average skilled stay was 10.67 days!
Our readmission rate to the hospital for the past 90 days is 0%. This means, during a patient’s skilled, short-term stay, we were able to keep them well within our facility without receiving additional assistance.
To date, we have successfully returned 112 patients back to their home!
