We are able to treat persons from the community who have a doctor’s order for physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy to avoid long travel times to and from appointments. To obtain services, talk to your doctor and get an order. Bring the order and your insurance information to the main office at Sunrise Terrace. Our Office Manager will contact your insurance to ensure coverage and discuss additional costs involved. After the insurance is verified our therapist will call you to set up an appointment for your initial evaluation.
Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy works to restore balance, leg strength after injury or surgery, walking with or without a device, inner ear dysfunctions or general painful conditions that are related to a physical impairment.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy works to improve functioning of the arms and hands, as well as improve everyday skills such as bathing, dressing and fine motor skills.
Speech Therapy
Speech Therapy works with patients who are having difficulty chewing, swallowing, talking or problems with memory to help restore abilities.
