Get Well…Go Home, Sunrise Terrace Nursing & Rehabilitation Center’s skilled rehabilitation program, has successfully returned 114 patient’s back to their home. From inception in 2011, this translates into an 83.3% success rate – a statistic that our team is very proud of!
For those of you who are not familiar with this program, it is a Medicare Part A benefit that is acquired after a three midnight hospital stay. If you or a loved one go home after a qualifying stay in the hospital and are unable to get back on your feet like you’d like, you are still able to rehabilitate with us and our dedicated therapy team if it is within 30 days of your discharge!
